On Tuesday, I turned fifteen! The Saturday before, I had a beautiful party with my family. I was so excited about this meal, and I was not disappointed. It was amazing.
Here’s a pic of most of the food. The theme was Greek, so there was Greek salad, chicken, olives, roasted chickpeas, pita chips, naan (I know it’s Indian, but it goes with Greek stuff…), a cheese plate, and veggies with a Greek fondue. Oh, yes.
Look at this lovely table my mom set! We had Pellegrino with lemon to drink.
AND THE CAKE. This cake used this recipe with layers of fluffy chocolate frosting, whipped cream, and shaved chocolate and raspberries on top. The ice cream was a homemade mocha. Absolutely delicious.
Thank you, Mom, for letting me get away with not helping with the food (since it was my birthday). XD
Everyone gave me such generous gifts! Several people gave me money, which I appreciate just as much as the other gifts. Here’s some things people gave me.
This beautiful leather guitar strap is from my grandparents.
Aren’t these pots adorable? A few days after I got them, we saw some cheap succulents in the store. Perfect!
Chocolate, coffee, and delicious healthy food. I love Arman Liew’s blog, The Big Man’s World!
This shirt has perhaps the truest message I have ever seen on a shirt. Who runs the world? Cats.
These cool resistance bands have been great to work out with already!
My parents gave me $25 on Etsy, and here’s what I chose. Get it for yourself here!
I had a wonderful birthday, thanks to everyone who was there with me. God has blessed me so richly! I don’t deserve it, but I am grateful.
